Passenger Cars Vol. 1: Heavyweight Steel Cars and Wooden Cars.

Plans include some very early wooden cars from the Civil War era (St. Paul & Pacific, Pennsylvania Railroad, and others) up to the larger wooden cars of the 1890s. Pullman and other heavyweight steel cars including some later modernized are also included.

The steel car plans include most of the common Pullman steel heavyweight cars such as the 8-1-2 and 12-1 sleepers. These plans have been taken from past articles in Railroad Model Craftsman and are reproduced in HO scale. 104 plans total with photographs and captions.
