When UP cameramen filmed Last of the Giants, they set aside hours of unused footage, Pentrex, in cooperation with the Union Pacific Historical Society, presents much of this original footage. We'll take you through Cheyenne's bustling yards to see the many steam locomotives in operation at the time. Tour the coal chute and locomotive servicing areas, take a spin on the turntable the served the 48-stall roundhouse, and visit the back shop where the Challengers and Big Boys were rebuilt. Included are recent interviews with UP employees who once worked on these famous locomotives.
